Christopher Melotti

Brand Comms Consultant. Marketing Advisor. Strategic Copywriter. Neuroplastician. AI Ethicist.

Christopher Melotti is a well-established and renowned Australian Marketing Professional who lives by the motto, “Continually challenge, consistently grow, constantly humbled, confidently show.”  

Christopher is the founder, manager and Creative Director of Melotti Content Media, the Message Marketing Bureau. He and his team work with a wide range of clients, including Government, Medical and Educational Institutions, Marketing, Legal Firms, Finance and more.

With over two decades of hands-on marketing experience working with Australia’s largest brands across various industries, his expertise is further augmented with his credentials in Sales Psychology and is an Associate Neuroplastician, accredited by the Institute of Organisational Neuroscience.

Christopher is also a qualified AI Ethicist and founder of Melotti AI, where he advocates for AI Governance and AI Policy development in organisations.

Chris’ goal is not just to articulate brands and mastermind messaging strategy, but to demonstrate the potential that clear, consistent communications offer businesses.

Everything he does is about evolving marketing practise by providing superior, relevant value (entertainment and education) through proactive action, demonstrating the power of quality communication to engage interest and inspire positive change in an audience.  

Christopher has won many prestigious awards for his work, the most notable being Australian Business Champion’s Copywriting Business Of The Year 2024 & 2022, Australian Achiever Awards 2021 National Winner for Marketing Services and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Year award in 2017 (Australian Marketing Institute), and teaches a range of professional business marketing classes across Australia. 

Angela Melotti

Managing Director and Marketing Expert

Behind the copywriting expertise and customer-relevant content that we deliver at Melotti Content Media is Angela – Chris’ phenomenal sister and leader extraordinaire. Angela is the superwoman who keeps the business running smoothly while ensuring that our team and clients always feel supported.

With over a decade of experience in Event and Logistics management, Angela has mastered organisation, planning and execution. As an accredited Sales Psychology expert and Associate Neuroplastician, she leverages customer behaviour insights and marketing acumen to craft tailored strategies that connect brands with audiences and drive more demand.

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, Angela is great at scoping marketing needs and aligning them with solutions that actually work for brands. Over the past five years at Melotti Content Media, she’s worked alongside Chris, complementing his creative marketing copywriting flair with practical, operations-driven insight. Together, they shape marketing campaigns that are not only clever but also commercially effective.

Angela’s ability to juggle day-to-day operations while maintaining a clear, long-term vision makes her an invaluable asset for the team. As the Operations and Managing Director at Melotti Content Media, her role is vast and essential. She handles enquiries, coordinates our talented team, oversees finances, and most importantly, keeps Chris grounded (because what are sisters for?!).

Known for her sharp organisational skills (she’s an Excel pro!), Angela is the go-to person when strategic, level-headed decisions need to be made. She strikes the perfect balance between creativity and structure, keeping the business agile and ensuring we consistently deliver on client expectations on time, every single time.

With a diverse background in management, a deep understanding of marketing and a trusty sidekick – a miniature dachshund named Macchiato – Angela brings a fresh perspective that completes the signature Melotti Content Media approach.

Scott Melotti

Project and Finance Manager

Scott is our quiet achiever and sharp brain behind our company direction here at Melotti Content Media.

Calm and collected, Scott is focused on finance operations and ensures that processes are completed and proofed, so our clients get the best level of service we are known for.

Dana Karene NacanilaO

Senior Marketing Coordinator

With a strong foundation in digital marketing and a passion for content creation, Dana brings years of experience leading strategic marketing campaigns that drive engagement and elevate brand presence.

As our fantastic Senior Marketing Coordinator, Dana blends strategic leadership with creative vision to deliver impactful marketing initiatives, all underpinned by a deep understanding of the evolving digital environment. Known for her collaborative approach and creative thinking, she consistently transforms ideas into impactful results.

When she’s not immersed in marketing, she enjoys unwinding through baking and crocheting, bringing the same creativity and attention to detail into everything she crafts.

Jake Winn

Content Copywriter and Wordsmith

Jake discovered his love for writing at a young age. After earning his Bachelor Degree in Creative Media, he spent years honing his craft and now has over 5 years of practical experience writing across a wide range of various sectors and disciplines. He has also spent time working within a number of industries including hospitality, tourism, construction, healthcare and marketing, making him a valuable and knowledgeable part of our copywriting team.

Away from writing, Jake has a huge passion for travelling (he is absolutely in love with Europe), personal self-development and basically undertaking anything creative that he can get his hands on. He even has a dream to one day write and produce a feature film.

Jake’s role at Melotti Content Media is to work on content projects for all of our clients to ensure their content delivers value and achieves great results.

Eli oshorov

Content Copywriter and Wordsmith

Eli is always up for a challenge, particularly when it comes to translating a complex concepts into easily-digestible morsels. With experience across a broad range of B2C and B2B industries, he understands the central role thought leadership content plays in building brand authority and awareness.

Eli focuses on refining messaging to ensure content initiatives align with the client's broader strategic and marketing objectives.

Christine Ocampo

Marketing and Operations Assistant

Christine is a Business Management graduate. She has previously worked in the Sales and Marketing industry in a direct selling company with a focus on implementing sales and marketing plans for revenue growth, recruitment, training and coaching of customers.

As a Marketing and Operations Assistant, her duties include supporting Angela, An and collaborating with the rest of the team on marketing strategies.

Christine has a positive and a super "can do" attitude, and she loves educating herself on everything she needs to learn in order to serve our clients better. She believes that "everything is a learning experience".

Patricia Rapatalo

Content Copywriter

Patricia holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and uses this background to bring a unique blend of technical expertise and creative style to content writing. Although being an “Engineer” is not in her name, she pursues a career in writing that allows her to continuously grow as a professional.

Enthusiastic about words, Patricia has a flair for turning complex topics into clear, engaging content that empowers clients to achieve their marketing goals. She writes everything from SEO-friendly articles to website copy to social media posts.

Patricia loves collaborating closely with the Melotti Content Media team to create demand by bringing exciting ideas to life. She works passionately with a “work-life balance” attitude that makes her excel in the digital marketing world while staying connected in real life on the side.

Emalyn Magtoto

Content Copywriter

Emalyn holds a degree in Pharmacy and has successfully transitioned her passion for writing into a professional career. She specialises in crafting SEO-friendly articles, blogs and website copy that tailored to engage specific audiences.

Known for her adaptability in tone and style, Emalyn ensures that each piece of content aligns with the client’s voice and objectives. With a positive attitude and studious nature, she is constantly seeking opportunities to grow, refine her skills and deliver high-quality, results-driven content.
